Counter Terrorism Policing + Palestine Protest

The banning of Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation was rushed through Parliament. Legal action to overturn the ban will take time, but the impact on the movement has been immediate and over 2,000 people have already been arrested challenging it. In this workshop, the Network for Police Monitoring (NETPOL) will give an overview of the UK’s Terrorism legislation and what this means in practice for protesters. We’ll also give some practical Know Your Rights tips for people taking action in solidarity with Palestine.
