The IWW is a revolutionary global union, fighting for better conditions today and economic democracy tomorrow. We organise by industry and workplace rather than by job or “trade” so that workers aren’t divided and have the greatest power in the workplace. We teach all our members how to organise their workplaces and the practices of direct action and direct democracy.
